What delivery options do you offer to the UK?

  • Evri standard 2-3 business day shipping with tracking
  • Evri 1-2 business day shipping with tracking
  • DPD next day delivery with delivery confirmation and 1 hour time slot

Every shipping method is insured and tracked for your peace of mind.

What delivery options do you offer to Europe?

We offer delivery to anywhere in Europe via DPD's 5-10 working day service, which is fully tracked and insured for your peace of mind.

Please note that you may need to pay customs and duty fees when your package enters your country now that the UK is no longer a part of the EU.

Where is my order?

You can track your package every step of the way through your Third Eye Clothing account, or you can click on the 'track my order' button in your shipping confirmation email.

On the very rare occasion that your items haven't been received within the indicated delivery window, please get in touch with us and we'll contact the courier to find out where your package is.

Do you offer tracked delivery?

Yes we do! All of our shipping options are tracked, so you will always know when we've shipped your order out, and when it's been delivered.

Can I collect my order?

Sadly, we don't allow customers to collect from our facility at the moment.

Do you deliver to non-residential addresses?

Of course! We can deliver to any address, as long as it is accessible by the courier.

What happens if I'm not in?

If your order has been shipped with Evri, you can divert your parcel at any point in your parcel's journey to a neighbour or other safe place. You can also divert it to one of Evri's 8,500+ ParcelShops or Lockers.

If your order has been shipped with DPD, they will automatically try to leave your parcel with your neighbour if you're not in. Alternatively, you can choose to collect your package from one of DPD's 6,000+ Pickup shops.

You can select a preferred neighbour, or choose a pickup location via the DPD website.
