I've received a faulty item, what should I do?

If your item is faulty, please send us an email straight away to hello@thirdeyeclothing.co with photos of the fault. We will then advise next steps.

I've ordered the wrong item. Can I change it?

So long as we haven't already packaged or shipped your order, yes!

Just drop us an email if you want to add, remove, or amend items in your order and we'll get straight on it for you.

My order is incorrect. What do I do?

Please get in touch with us via hello@thirdeyeclothing.co and send us photos of the item you've received, and your order number, so we can arrange a return and replacement for you.

Can I cancel my oder?

Yes, but you must get in touch with us within 30 minutes of placing your order.

If it's too late for us to cancel your order, you can return your item after it arrives.

Can I amend my order after I've placed it?

Yes, but please contact us via email within 30 minutes of placing your order. As long as we haven't already packaged or shipped your items, we can amend your order.

I've cancelled my order - when will I get my money back?

Typically, your refund will appear back in the account you purchased your items with, within 3-5 business days, but it's often sooner than that.
