How should I care for my items?

To make sure your Third Eye Clothing stays looking as good as the day you bought it, we highly recommend following our Care Guide.

Where can I find your size guide?

Size guides are available on every product page.

Make sure you take your measurements and choose the right size before ordering to avoid return fees.

I saw a design I liked last month, but now I can't find it

We change our designs on a regular basis to ensure variety in the products we offer.

However, if a design is deemed popular, then we may bring it back at some point, so keep an eye out on our socials for announcements!

What checks do your products go through?

We have strict policies in place to make sure that the right items are packaged and sent out to you.

Thorough quality checks are done on every item that goes out the door.

Can I send items to someone as a gift?

Of course you can! Please drop us a note on your order to say that it's a gift, and we will remove any documentation noting the price.

Why have I received an email saying the item I've ordered is actually out of stock?

We print designs on order, so whilst the website may say we have enough of those designs in stock, we may actually be out in that particular size.

If this happens, we will notify you and ask if you'd like to wait until we have stock again, or if you would like a refund instead.

How do product reviews work?

Every customer is asked 14 days after purchase if they would like to review their items. Every review you see on the website is a verified review from real customers.

We like to be as open and honest as possible with our customers - we will never hide negative reviews. Instead, we will address the issues and use that feedback to improve for next time.
