What's your returns policy?

You have 28 days from the date of purchase to request a return or exchange. If it's been more than 28 days, sadly, we will only be able to offer an exchange for the value of your order.

To qualify for a return or exchange, please make sure the item is unused and in its original packaging.

How do I arrange a return?

Arranging a return is really easy. All you need to do is go to your account, locate your orders and request a return from there.

If you're having difficulty arranging your return, please drop us an email.

How can I track my return?

Returns are sent using a tracked Evri service. You should be able to track every step of your return back to us through your Third Eye Clothing account, or Evri's website.

Can I return an item for an exchange instead of a refund?

Of course! Please email us with your order number and reason for exchange so we can arrange this for you.

Please note that the item you're exchanging must be in new and unworn condition.

Do you refund delivery charges if I return something?

Sadly, as a small business, we are unable to cover delivery costs on returns.
