Browser Support

Third Eye Clothing uses Shopify as its ecommerce platform.

Shopify supports the latest two versions of all major browsers, unless otherwise noted.

For best results, we recommend that you use the latest version of Google Chrome.

However, Shopify also supports the following popular browsers:

  • Mozilla Firefox
  • Apple Safari for MacOS
  • Microsoft Edge
  • Opera
  • Apple Safari for iOS
  • Google Chrome for Android

Please note that there may be some page formatting errors if using Samsung Internet on tablet.

How can I make changes to the details on my account?

All you need to is log in, click on the drop down next to 'Go to store' at the very top of the page and click 'Account Information'. From here, you can edit the following information:

  • Your name
  • Your email
  • Your phone number
  • Your addresses

I've forgotten my password. How do I reset it?

Don't worry, we all forget things from time to time!

To reset your password, go to the login screen and select 'Forgot password'. You will be asked to confirm the email address your account is registered to, and then you will be sent an email with a link to reset your password.

How do I change the currency?

Changing the currency on the website is really easy. There is a drop down at the very top and very bottom of the website. Navigate to this drop down, and select the currency you would like to shop with.

I want to see the data you hold on my account

Not a problem. All you need to do is drop us an email requesting that we export your data, and let us know if you want to see anything specific.
