Refund policy

You have 14 days from the date of purchase to notify us of a request for a refund or exchange. If it's been more than 14 days, sadly, we will only be able to offer an exchange for the value of your order. You then have a further 14 days to physically return the item to us, unused and in its original packaging. 

If everything checks out when we receive your returned item, we'll send you an email to let you know we have it. Then, we'll process the refund back to the payment method you used to place your order. Please note that it might take a few days to land back in your account – usually 3-5 working days, so please be patient with us. 

If you still don’t have your refund after 5 working days, please send an email to hello@thirdeyeclothing.co as soon as possible and we will check our records to ensure the funds have been sent across properly. 

  

SALE ITEMS 

Sadly, we can't offer refunds on sale items, but you can exchange them for an item of the same value from our online store. 

  

EXCHANGES FOR DAMAGES OR DEFECTS 

Despite our pre-delivery quality checks, sometimes things can go wrong in transit. If your item arrives damaged or defective for any reason, we're here to help. Just shoot us an email at hello@thirdeyeclothing.co including photos/evidence of damage or defects within the first 24 hours of receiving your item(s). 

 

GIFTS 

If you received a gift from someone, and it's not quite your style, we've got you covered. If it was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, we'll exchange your item for another of the same value. If you wish to exchange for an item of a higher value, we will raise a payment request for the additional amount. 

Once you have returned your original item(s) (Please see return timescales) we will send you an email confirming dispatch of your replacement item(s). If it wasn't marked as a gift, no worries, we'll issue a refund to the gift giver. 

  

SHIPPING 

For returns, please send an email to hello@thirdeyeclothing.co to request your return shipping label. 

Please note that we will arrange the return, but you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable, which means that if you qualify for a refund, we'll deduct the return shipping cost from it. 

If you are returning items over £50, we suggest using a tracked shipping service with shipping insurance included. It's just for your peace of mind, so you know that we received your returned items safe and sound.
