We typically process orders on the same day they are placed and aim to ship them the next day. However, order processing times may vary based on order volume.

As we are a UK-based business, shipping usually takes between 1 and 3 business days for UK orders. European orders take between 3 and 10 working days depending on the delivery location.

You have 14 days from the date of purchase to notify us of a request for a refund or exchange. If it's been more than 14 days, sadly, we will only be able to offer an exchange for the value of your order. You then have a further 14 days to physically return the item to us, unused and in its original packaging.
