UK Shipping
Carrier Options and Shipping Times:
We offer the following shipping carriers and options for orders within the United Kingdom
- Evri Standard: 2-3 business day shipping with tracking.
- Evri Express: 1-2 business day shipping with tracking.
- DPD: Next Business day delivery including delivery confirmation and a 1-hour time slot for added convenience.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at the checkout and are subject to change based on the order's weight and destination.
Free Shipping: Currently, we do not offer free shipping.
While no delays are expected at the moment, please note that shipping volumes may be higher during peak times such as Black Friday and Christmas, which could result in delays.
Order Processing: We typically process orders on the same day they are placed and aim to ship them the next day. However, order processing times may vary based on order volume. If there are any delays, we will proactively communicate with the customer via email.
Cut-off Time: We do not have a cut-off time for order processing. We strive to drop off orders at the courier's depot within one working day of the order being placed.

European Shipping
Carrier and Options: For European orders, we use DPD's 5-10 working day service, which is fully tracked and insured.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs for European orders are determined at checkout and may vary based on the order's weight and destination.
Customs and Duty: Please note that for European orders, customs and duty fees may be applicable and are the responsibility of the customer due to the UK's exit from the EU.

Tracking: We provide tracking numbers and links to customers as soon as we create the shipping label for their order. Customers can access this information via email and their customer account.

Lost or Stolen Packages: Lost or stolen packages will be handled on a case-by-case basis. We will work with the courier to locate the item, and if it is not recoverable, we will process a refund through insurance. Customers should report lost or stolen packages as soon as possible via email.
