As we are a UK-based business, shipping usually takes between 1 and 3 business days for UK orders. European orders take between 3 and 10 working days depending on the delivery location.

You have 14 days from the date of purchase to notify us of a request for a refund or exchange. If it's been more than 14 days, sadly, we will only be able to offer an exchange for the value of your order. You then have a further 14 days to physically return the item to us, unused and in its original packaging.
